I'm a chemical engineering student who builds and validates process simulations, from pharma scale-up to AI-driven flowsheet design.

I like taking a process apart until I understand why it behaves the way it does, then building something that proves it: sizing a reactor from scratch, tracing a fouling problem back to its dollar cost, or getting an AI model to run a real chemical process simulator on its own.

Most of my experience comes from two pharma process engineering internships, where I modeled utility systems, chased down yield losses, and reviewed batch records on the plant floor. Outside of that, I build AI tools for chemical engineering and do computational research predicting enzyme kinetics from protein sequence at Penn State. I like problems that sit at that intersection: real chemistry, real data, and code that makes both move faster.
